22 Errors when backing up

We've recently changed our authentication protocols, this means that if you log into SafetyNet you may see an error message saying "22 errors There no successful objects" (see below)


If this happens, return to the companies page and click on "Connect a Company" you will then need to reautherize us to backup your Quickbooks Online
