We’ve recently updated the look and feel of our control panel and if you’re reading this now, you have probably already noticed! Here are some changes that we have made and the new locations of the same areas of the control panel that you’re already familiar with:
The first thing you'll notice is that the overall layout of the control panel is different from before. All of the same tasks can be accomplished as before, albeit now in a more streamlined experience! You'll notice that you're able to update billing information, manage active licenses, view invoices, download software, etc. from the initial page of the control panel with ease.
You'll also notice you have some additional options in the upper left and right hand corners of the control panel.
On the upper left, you'll see the "Users" tab where you can manage your users and their permissions.
From the "Online Disks" tab to the left of the "Users" tab, you can manage online disks, and also user's permissions to the disks. You're also able to go to myjungledisk.com to view your network drives online by clicking on "Web Access" from the "Online Disks" tab.
Lastly, you'll see "Reports", where you're able to view both your backup reports, as well as your usage reports, both of which can be done from the middle area of the control panel.
In the upper right hand corner of the control panel, you'll notice the first tab on the left is the "Support" tab. From here, you're able to easily see our support numbers as well as our operating hours. You'll also notice the "Knowledge Center" option that will take you to our support site, and the "Submit a Support Request" that will allow you to create a support ticket if you're unable to call or chat with us at the moment.
To the right of the "Support" tab is where you'll notice our "Products" tab. From here you're able to access our downloads page for our current software. For users of Desktop and Simply Backup, you're able to download these (as well as current software) from this section.
Lastly, you'll see a gear icon to the right of the "Products" tab with the administrator's email next to it. From here, you can edit your billing and contact information, as well as view active licenses and invoices. You can also access your "Domain" page which will show, as well as give you the ability to change your domain for myjungledisk.com. As with the "Online Disks" tab in the upper left hand corner of the new control panel, you're also able to click on "Web Access" to take you to myjungledisk.com to access your network drives on the web. Lastly, you'll see the option to "Log Out" once finished with all tasks needed in the control panel.
