Q1: Will my invoice amount change?
A: The per subscription and per GB storage price you pay Jungle Disk today will not change after your account is managed by Modern Managed IT.
Q2: Does Modern Managed IT have an account minimum?
A: Accounts serviced by Modern Managed IT are subject to Jungle Disks existing $8 minimum but not the new $50 minimum.
Q3: When will my final Jungle Disk invoice charge occur?
A: Your May invoice will flow through Jungle Disk via the credit card you have on file. Modern Managed IT will provide you with more information around their billing process prior to your invoice in June 2021. Look out for that email.
Q4: Will I need to re-enter my payment information in Modern Managed IT’s billing system?
A: Yes, we are not able to pass full payment profiles with banking information over to our partner. You can expect to receive more information on this as your June bill date approaches so that you may create a credit card payment profile with Modern Managed IT. Q5: How do I contact my new support team come June 2021?

Q6: Do I need to reconfigure any settings on my existing backups or any existing configurations?
A: No, the way you use your Jungle Disk services today will not change.
Q7: Does my admin login or stored contact information change?
A: No, you will still log into your admin portal with the same username and password that you use today.
Q8: Does the location in which my data is stored change?
A: No, you do not need to upload your data again or change your existing storage location.
