Restoring Files

To begin restoring data to your server, begin by clicking the "Restore Files" button in the activity monitor.  This will bring up the restore dialog as shown below:

In the upper left, you will first select what set of files you want to restore from, whether your most recent backup, or a backup that occurred at a certain point in time.  You will then want to navigate to the folder that contains the file(s) you want to restore.

Next, select the "Restore To" location.

Please note: You MUST select the "Restore To" and "Restore From" options BEFORE clicking the "Add Folder to Restore" or "Add File to Restore Buttons".

If you are looking to select specific files to be restored vs. the entire folder currently selected, select those files at this time.  You can select multiple files by holding down the control key when clicking in Windows or Linux or the command (apple) key on the Mac.

Click the appropriate button for the items you are attempting to restore, either Add Folder to Restore or Add File to Restore.

If you are looking to restore additional files or folders, repeat steps 4-6.

Finally, click the "Start Restore" button in the lower right of the window.
